🪶letters are dispatched during the first week of each new month. the sign up date closes on the 28th day. Those who join before shall receive the following month’s letter, while those who sign up after must wait until the next edition the following moth.
(ex: should you join between march 1st–28th, your first letter shall be the april edition, sent in early april. those who join after the 27th shall receive the may edition.)
Delivery times vary depending on location, but most Australian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders can be anywhere up to 25 days.

Will past months be restocked?
No — each months goodies will not be restocked but the artwork prints will be available in the prints section on the website
When will I be charged?
You’ll be billed monthly on the 28th of each month
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship internationally, keep in mind this postage will take longer to arrive to you
Why is there no tracking?
to keep the club accessible, letters are sent using postage stamps rather than tracked shipping. it is a slower, more delicate path one that allows each piece to travel gently through the world before reaching you.
Can i update my address?
yes, but it must be updated before the monthly cutoff. once a letter has been sent, its path cannot be changed.
